Job descriptionMinimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer tools Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms Experience with live or online selling is a strong advantage Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Ability to work at other branches or locations when necessary Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a dependable, experienced, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily store operations, and helping drive sales performance. You will also provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Assist customers with product selection and provide in-depth product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Monitor inventory levels, manage restocking, and ensure proper merchandising
- Apply effective sales techniques to meet and exceed individual and team targets
- Support store leadership with daily operational tasks
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Assist in executing promotions, live selling, and social media marketing
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups
- Submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports to management
- Serve as a role model and mentor to junior sales staff
