Job Description

• On the overall execution and corporate performance with respect to the strategic plans: Initial valuation of the current (and later, annual evaluation) of the various business units in terms of areas of competitive advantage and areas for improvement. Crafting of improvement programs that shall lead to or developing new programs that shall form part of the execution of the strategic plans; Facilitating the review and development of a 3-year running corporate strategic plan Annual or periodic evaluation of corporate performance and milestones with respect to the agreed stratplan timelines; * Recommendations to address gaps;
• On overseeing the translation of strategic plans into programs and budgets Facilitating the various departments/units in preparing the annual budgets, immediately after the annual Stratplan Validation Together with the CFO, submission of the annual proposed business plan and budgets to the Pres./CEO for Board approval; Together with the CFIO, evaluates with the operating units their monthly performance and highlights areas for improvement; Evaluates CAPEX requests
• On evaluation of technical and financial viability of strategic projects Evaluates capital-heavy projects with respect to alignment to strategic plans and their corresponding technical and financial viability; Evaluates options on current non-performing assets and resource Able to conduct a feasibility study on new business prospect of the company . Serve as an assistant to the President and CEO
