Job description13+ years of SAP experience with at least 3 full-cycle SAP S / 4HANA implementations in Finance and Controlling. Proven expertise in SAP FICO configuration and solution architecture, including Financial Accounting, Controlling, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis. Deep understanding of SAP S / 4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal, Central Finance, Group Reporting, and SAP Analytics Cloud. Strong experience in SAP Activate methodology, Fit-to-Standard approach, and Agile / Hybrid delivery models. Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and cloud integration technologies. Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex stakeholder environments. Experience in strategic consulting, business case development, and transformation planning. Required : SAP S / 4HANA Finance Certification Preferred : SAP Solution Architect Certification, Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (B.Tech, MBA, CA, etc.)

Responsibilities :
- Lead large-scale SAP S / 4HANA Finance transformation programs, overseeing solution strategy, architecture, and delivery execution.
- Define and drive finance transformation roadmaps aligned with Powered Enterprise methodology and SAP best practices.
- Provide thought leadership in SAP Finance innovations including Universal Journal, Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Treasury Management.
- Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to shape business cases, value realization strategies, and digital finance operating models.
- Oversee cross-functional integration across MM, SD, PP, PS, and HR modules, ensuring cohesive end-to-end solutions.
- Guide adoption of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP models, including cloud deployment strategies and SAP BTP extensions.
