Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic SAP Finance Lead to join our team in a hybrid work setup based in Makati City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP delivery operations in the Finance domain, driving innovation through S / 4HANA and related SAP technologies, and fostering a culture of excellence in a pure dayshift environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery operations across SAP Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and Technology domains, ensuring business value and adherence to best practices.
• Define, implement, and refine SAP practice strategy in alignment with global methodologies and delivery models.
• Oversee and ensure successful large-scale SAP S / 4HANA implementations, focusing on quality, timely delivery, and business impact.
• Provide thought leadership in RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Develop, mentor, and empower high-performing SAP teams across multiple disciplines and geographies.
• Collaborate with global teams on solution architecture, pre-sales activities, and proposal development for complex SAP initiatives.
• Represent our SAP practice in leadership forums and client engagements, championing governance, risk, and quality frameworks.
