- Troubleshoot related concerns and queries
- Respond to software and hardware inquiries
- Assist customers in the logging system
- Update and track the incoming calls in the system

Requirements :
- Open for both Native and Non-Native Italian Speakers
- Proficient in both Italian and English
- Technical Support and Service desk experience is an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in a service desk
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications is a plus
- With good technical troubleshooting skills
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig
