Requirements :

  • Open for both Native and Non-Native Italian Speakers
  • Proficient in both Italian and English
  • Technical Support and Service desk experience is an advantage
  • At least 2 years of experience in a service desk
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications is a plus
  • With good technical troubleshooting skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig
