Step into a pivotal role where you will shape and enhance the People & Culture functions of our organization. Your focus will be on creating an exceptional employee experience, refining HR methodologies, staying ahead of trends, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, payroll, and systems. Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations.
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements.
  • Support training programs to foster employee growth, performance improvement, and leadership development.
  • Maintain awareness of current HR trends in the Philippines and proactively recommend adjustments to internal practices as needed.
  • Advise management on matters related to employee relations, policies, performance management, and career development.
  • Manage employee relations matters and serve as the organization's representative on labor relations matters as needed.
  • Other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in HR areas such as : Employee Benefits, Employee Relations, and Disciplinary procedures.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities in both written and spoken English.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Preferred Experiences and Competencies :

  • In-depth knowledge of local employment laws, regulations, and government-mandated benefits.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and processes, as well as current industry trends.
  • Proficient in using modern HR management software and platforms.
  • Experience in developing and implementing organizational culture initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Work Arrangements :

  • Enjoy a hybrid work model with 2 remote workdays from home and 3 days on-site.
  • Regular Philippine business hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with flexibility for EU hours as needed.
