Job description
  • Assist in developing and implementing complete marketing strategies targeted to the target market and geography.
  • Identify target demographics and create plans and campaigns to increase brand exposure, attract new customers, and nurture client loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations departments to connect marketing activities with sales goals.
  • Launch and manage marketing campaigns on several channels, including as internet, print, out-of-home advertising, and social media.
  • Ensure that campaigns are executed on schedule and within budget.
  • Monitor campaign success and make modifications based on data-driven insights to get optimal results.
  • Strengthen and sustain the company's brand image in the local market.
  • Maintain consistent and clear brand messaging across all marketing media.
  • Manage brand-related initiatives like packaging design and promotional materials.
  • Manage the generation of marketing content, such as advertising copy and social media posts, to ensure it is engaging, relevant, and suitable.
  • Plan, coordinate, and carry out company events, such as sponsorships, partnerships, and product launches.
  • Oversee all event materials, including booths, promotional collateral, and other resources.
  • Conduct market research to learn about local consumer behavior, trends, and preferences.
  • Analyze competitor activity and market circumstances in the target location, then provide actionable insights and recommendations based on the research findings.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

    • Has a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or any related course.
    • Minimum of 5 years of Marketing experience in F&B or FMCG setting.
    • Willing to handle a start-up company.
    • Residing in or near Cavite.
