Qualifications :

• Graduate of any 4 years course
• Experiences in purchasing process to ensure efficient operations
• Experience in warehouse staffing is an advantage
• Keen on details and organized
• Can start immediately Key Roles :
• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Research potential vendors
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Update internal databases with order details
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
• Prepare cost analysis
• Maintain updated records of invoice and contracts
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition Work location : Tandang Sora, Quezon CityWork schedule : Monday to Saturday - 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM Salary Range : Php 16,000 - Php 17,000
