Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine data cleaning, de-duplication, and contact segmentation to maintain an organized and accurate CRM database.
- Build and maintain customized dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics for sales and client onboarding.
- Assist in creating and managing automated workflows and email sequences to improve team efficiency.
- Provide light administrative support related to HubSpot, including preparing onboarding summaries and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications and Experience
Must-Haves :
Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM (pipeline management, contact records, dashboard creation).Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.Professional proficiency in written English.Nice-to-Haves :
Experience with data entry, report preparation, or client onboarding support.Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) or Microsoft Office.
