As our Agency Engagement Director you will be responsible for managing the national segment team in CDMX and driving outsized profitable growth within our national brokers across the country. The goal is to unlock the full potential in each colleague – empowering our people to grow as insurance professionals and add more value to our customers and AIG.

How you will create an impact

• Setting strategic direction, evaluating tactical distribution situations, and formulating plans across our brokers.
• Leveraging internal capabilities to provide solutions throughout broker partnerships and strengthening our value proposition.
• Lead relationship and execution of consumer and commercial strategies for national producers and aligned with local agreements to deliver increased retention and new business production.
• Development and execution of best practices with Product Lines and other stakeholders.
