B2B sales in the Audio (PA) industry
Responsible for the end-to-end sales. from selling to assisting in after-sales
Visiting customers and understanding their needs, creating solutions and service ideas, collaborating with PA tech members. Create a quotation and offer to customers. Cover Order taking, logistics, and payment.
Understanding of features, capabilities, and applications of PA products, solutions, and services.
Stay informed about PA industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
In collaboration with PA Tech members, conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to dealers and potential customers, showcasing how the product addresses their specific needs and solves their problems.
Collaborate with potential customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and pain points, and offer tailored solutions that align with their needs with PA Tech members.
Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, highlighting the technical aspects of the product and its value proposition, while addressing customer requirements and specifications.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing dealers / customers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact throughout the sales process and beyond.
