What You Will Be Doing

• Architect and implement transformative academic frameworks that bridge the gap between learning science theory and daily educational practice
• Spearhead academic quality control through systematic reviews and mentorship of academic leadership teams
• Transform complex educational data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement in our learning acceleration model
• Orchestrate strategic initiatives that maintain laser-focus on exceeding student achievement goals
• Be the face and voice of educational innovation, from delivering compelling keynotes to shaping policy discussions with education ministers worldwide

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD / hour, which equates to $400,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
