XtendOps is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist with sales experience to help support our growing legal services team. If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys building client relationships and guiding them through the next steps, this role is for you!

Handle and qualify inquiries from clients seeking legal assistance

Use your sales skills to build rapport and drive successful intake conversions

Document and coordinate client information with legal teams

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications :

Background in sales, customer service, or legal intake

Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills

Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Willing to work onsite in IT Park, Lahug
