Job description

Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team. This role involves identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier virtual assistants from around the world. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality virtual assistants globally.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the company’s standards and client requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for virtual assistants.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to find and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in virtual assistant recruitment.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on virtual assistants or remote positions.
  • Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in a recruiting agency environment.
  • Familiarity with various virtual assistant roles and the skills required for each.
