Job Title : Remote Project Manager – HVAC & Refrigeration

Location : Remote (Philippines)

Hours of Work : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Eastern Time

Salary : $1,500 - 2,000 USD

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale HVAC and refrigeration projects. With a focus on 30 major commercial and retail HVAC projects slated for 2025, this role is critical in managing project timelines, client communication, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, HVAC systems, or construction, and demonstrate expertise in remote team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee 30 large commercial and retail HVAC projects from award to completion.

Lead all aspects of project management, including scheduling, permit acquisition, and accurate quoting.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet timelines and budgets.

Provide regular updates and transparent reports to stakeholders, ensuring alignment.

Manage all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance requirements.

Troubleshoot project challenges and implement effective solutions.

Ensure the installation of 4-6 HVAC units per site, managing a complex verification process.

Qualifications

3+ years of project management experience in HVAC or a related field.

Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing remote teams effectively.

Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Experience using project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).

Familiarity with HVAC systems and their operation is an advantage.

Proficiency in remote management tools, including project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello), CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).

Experience with operations software such as Service Fusion, ServiceTitan, or similar is highly desired.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Knowledge of Smartsheet and Service Fusion (or similar tools) is preferred.
