Business Development Officer – Qualifications & Requirements

Graduate of a business-related course

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development within a real estate development company

Strong background in :

Market research

Feasibility analysis

Stakeholder management

Excellent communication skills

Preferably with prior experience in large-scale or nationwide real estate developers (e.g., Amaia or similar)

Familiar with financial modeling and analysis

Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
