Project Development Officer (BD)

Job descriptionLead the planning and development of real estate projects, ensuring timely execution from concept to handover. Conduct and prepare detailed feasibility studies, site and market analyses, and financial projections. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., design, finance, engineering, legal) and external partners (e.g., consultants, government agencies) to ensure all aspects of the project align with strategic goals. Identify and evaluate potential development sites and recommend viable projects for investment. Monitor regulatory requirements, permitting processes, and compliance with local laws. Present project proposals, updates, and findings to senior management and stakeholders. Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables, addressing risks and roadblocks proactively. Support business development initiatives by proposing new development opportunities and innovative concepts.

Full Onsite | Monday to Friday | Day Shift
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in project development , real estate, construction, or business development, specifically in handling vertical projects.
- Experienced in managing vertical or high-rise projects.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
