Role / Responsibilities

• Provide first level technical support for corporate services and employees on software, hardware, systems and networking issues and service requests (in-person, video calls)
• Install, configure, upgrade, monitor and troubleshoot IT systems.
• IT systems management of access controls, software subscriptions and licenses, security best practices, hardware inventory with company policies and procedures
• Researching, prototyping, demoing and deploying improved technology solutions
• Support corporate compliance and certifications with audits and reporting.
• Write and maintain various scripts (Powershell, Bash, Python, etc.) for automation

Requirements

• Quickly learn and master vendor software solutions
• Complex problem-solving skills, attention to detail, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Strong self-motivation with ability to maintain focus and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Cloud technologies
• Basic knowledge of network architectures and protocols
• Nice to have experience with Cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud), Linux
• Fluent communication in English, both verbally and written to all levels within the organization including non-technical audience
• BS in Computer Science, IT, Management Information Systems, Math, or equivalent work experience
