- Checks and monitors operational requirements
Inquiries Management
Handles and resolves all inquiries received within the service level agreementEscalates all necessary transactions that involve a higher tier decision-making and / or processingEnsures proper documentation of all transactions handledResolves all lesson disruptive issues whenever necessary to ensure lessons will proceedEnsures that all queries or any urgent information needed by RareJob, Inc.’s Customer Support are shared and gathered from TutorsOther tasks which may be assigned.
What we’d like you to have :
Graduate of Communications / Sociology / Psychology / Industrial Organization / Communication Arts / Development Communication / Hospitality coursesCan successfully engage in multiple support tickets simultaneouslyDetail oriented and can closely involve himself / herself with the teamPassion for excellent customer experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent command in English language (Written and Oral)Available Shift :
Weekdays (Th-F-M) : 3 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM, Saturday : 2 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM, Sunday : 1 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PMRest Days : Wednesday & Thursday(Subject to change depending on demand and must be amenable working during weekend and holidays)
Note : Please be advised that this is a FULL-TIME OFFICE-BASED position. This will temporarily be on a work-from-home setup until December 2024. All assessments will be done online.
