Linehaul & Shuttling Manager-San Pedro

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for directing, coordinating, planning and overseeing tasks and operations involving Network Control’s Line haul and Shuttling activities. Manages group of Supervisors for his / her department and Coordinates with all Functions especially Fleet. Target to have the most optimized plan for LHS-NCT of LEX, further improve CPP and Efficiency of the Network.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Obtain and analyze forecast volume data established sources (Weekly & Campaign preparations)
• Create vehicle plan based on forecasted volume (Weekly and Campaign)
• Communicate vehicle plan to Sort Centers, Vendors and Fleet (Weekly)
• Implement Vendor SLA compliance
• Ensure vehicle forecast is executed as planned
• Support all other departments with LHS issues
• Developing plans for team activities to include strategy to achieve agreed targets
• Manage and maintain contact and communications with internal and external “client / customers” to achieve, best value and satisfaction
• Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls
• Drives the Lazada Values, operate and put all these values to work each day
• Prepares monthly and consolidated performance reports
• Ensure fair allocation of trucks
• Perform review and approval of billing documents based on received weekly RB data summary & details from Fleet
• Milk run review Job Requirements Requirements / Qualifications(must have) :
• Experienced in Fleet and Trucking network
• At least 5 Years experience in the same field
• Knowledgeable of Philippine Land, Air and Sea Network
• Capacity and Network Planning management experience
• P&L Analysis Experience
• Must be in similar Logistics Industry
• Excellent Communication Skills
