ABOUT THE ROLE : We are hiring a talented Scrum Master professional to join our team. The Agile Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding and supporting scrum teams to effectively apply Agile methodologies and achieve their goals. RESPONSIBILITIES : In this role you’ll get to.. lead the scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices help the product owners and development teams to achieve customer satisfaction lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization remove impediments and coach the scrum teams on removing impediments help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework resolve conflicts and issues that occur help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity support the product owner and provide education where needed perform other duties related to the role   REQUIREMENTS : On day one, we’ll expect you to.. have 5+ years prior experience on a scrum team and 1 of those years in a leadership role have the ability to analyze and think quickly and resolve conflict be knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum have the ability to determine what is scrum and what is not have experience with successful Agile techniques have the ability to work with and lead a team have strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills have the ability to adapt to changing environment have self-motivation and the ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties be willing to install next generation end point protection on the computer have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there be willing to work in US Pacific Time (8 : 00am-5 : 00pm PST) corresponding to 00 : 00am -9 : 00am PH time) Note : This is a remote (work from home) position.
