Responsibilities :
Develop and manage relationships with individual and corporate clients to promote trust and loyalty.
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services such as loans, investments, and insurance.
Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and retention goals.
Maintain regular communication with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates.
Prepare and present financial proposals and service agreements.
Required Skills :
Minimum of 4 years experience in a banking or financial services role, preferably with exposure to institutional or corporate client management.
Strong understanding of banking products, cross-border transactions, and risk management principles.
Proven ability to manage client relationships, resolve issues promptly, and drive business growth.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to institutional banking is a strong advantage.
Additional Notes :
This position will be working with second-largest revenue-generating agency under the Department of Finance.
Working Set-up : Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
