Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development
- Support project execution and resource allocation
- Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives
- Contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions
- Provide technical assistance to team members
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments
- Help identify and resolve project challenges
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role in software engineeringProficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologiesDemonstrated ability to work effectively within a teamTechnical knowledge in package applicationsStrong communication and leadership skillsOther Qualifications
