About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Voice Account Representative to join our Financial Technology team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their financial technology products, digital banking services, and payment solutions. You will serve as the voice of the company, ensuring excellent customer experiences while maintaining compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing voice calls related to financial accounts, digital wallets, payments, or fintech services.
- Provide accurate information and technical assistance to clients regarding platform features, account issues, and transaction processes.
- Educate customers on digital financial tools, app functionality, and security best practices.
- Manage account inquiries, dispute resolutions, and account verifications.
- Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, resolution time, and call quality.
