Will directly manage the store from all aspect of management and will be reporting to Area Sales Managers and to VP-Retail OperationsWill represent the store in the Monthly Sales Meeting / Business PlanningKnows how to analyze the brands and to look for possible effective strategies that could help the store in reaching their set quotaCoordinate with the store staff to ensure sufficient inventory versus the targeted salesKnows how to effectively communicate with the staff, vendors, mall admin and 3rd party agencies / CoopMaintains optimal customer service and compliance with the company standardsEncourage store staff to interact with customers and build up their personality and confidencePerform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to timePERKS AND BENEFITS :
