What You'll Do :

🎯 Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows

⚙️ Configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HR Service Delivery

🔧 Create custom scripts, business rules, and UI policies

🔗 Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications

📊 Design and build reports, dashboards, and performance analytics

🛠️ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the platform

What We're Looking For :

✅ 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience

✅ Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies

✅ ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD preferred)

✅ Experience with ServiceNow APIs and web services

✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

✅ Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
