Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. At least 5 years of development experience in ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms. Strong experience in ServiceNow modules : ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD . Proficient in JavaScript and familiar with ServiceNow’s NOW platform (low-code / no-code). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and flexible with shifting schedules. Be part of a collaborative and innovative team. Opportunity to work on impactful ServiceNow projects. Grow your skills and career in a dynamic IT environment. Open to work on hybrid set-up in Quezon City. (3x a week RTO)
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team!
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD).
- Design and build customized reports, dashboards, and views within ServiceNow.
- Apply code-level changes using JavaScript and leverage the NOW platform for low-code / no-code development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain platform stability and performance.
