Marketing Assistant

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 12 PM Pacific Time

Total Weekly Hours : 20 Hours

Join a growing marketing team in a part-time role focused on CRM workflow management and marketing operations, with the potential to expand into a full-time position. This internal-facing role has no direct customer interaction and involves working closely with the CEO on recurring monthly tasks, CRM optimization, and creative marketing projects. Perfect for someone eager to develop new skills and grow within a dynamic agency environment.

Responsibilities

Build and edit workflows in Go High Level CRM to improve communication and lead nurturing

Manage Google Business Profile listings, including weekly posts and geo-tagged photo uploads

Schedule and coordinate content using social posting tools

Run SEO scans with Local Dominator and implement optimization recommendations

Create graphics, flyers, banners, and website elements using Canva

Recreate competitor designs and provide creative solutions

Complete recurring monthly tasks accurately and consistently across multiple clients

Identify process improvements and communicate findings proactively

Requirements

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems and marketing tools

Basic knowledge of marketing or Go High Level CRM (preferred but not required)

Familiarity with Canva or other design tools

SEO knowledge or experience

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
