- Friday to Tuesday, 08 : 00–4 : 00 CET (Oslo / Madrid Time)
- With 1 hour unpaid break
Job overview
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Guest Relations & Booking Coordinator to manage guest communication, support our direct booking efforts, and ensure a smooth experience for guests across multiple platforms. This is a long-term, part-time role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Communication
Handle real-time guest messages via Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, and emailResolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathyProvide timely responses and deliver excellent customer serviceManage escalation or conflict situations when neededMarketing & Direct Booking Support
Promote and drive bookings through our direct websiteAssist with lead generation and converting inquiries into confirmed bookingsCreate simple marketing materials or updates using CanvaSupport basic email campaigns and Google Business updatesOperations & Tech
Work confidently with Google Workspace and WhatsApp WebUse tools like Canva for simple design tasksExperience with Lodgify, Smoobu, or other PMS systems is a strong advantageFamiliarity with Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or CRM tools is a plusRequirements
Strong experience managing guest communication on Airbnb and Booking.comExcellent written and spoken EnglisReliable, detail-oriented, and proactive work ethicStable internet connectionComfortable working independently and handling guest-facing tasksIdeal Candidate
