Position Overview :
A Chat Support Representative is responsible for assisting customers through live chat or messaging channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, provide product information, and deliver quick, accurate, and friendly responses—without phone interaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customers via live chat, email, or messaging platforms.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details.
Resolve customer issues such as order concerns, account questions, billing issues, refunds, and troubleshooting.
Handle multiple chats at once while maintaining quality and professionalism.
Document interactions and update customer information in CRM tools.
Escalate complex cases to the proper departments when needed.
Maintain performance metrics such as response time, accuracy, CSAT, and productivity.
