Geodetic Engineer

Job descriptionLead and supervise geodetic surveying team activities Conduct surveys to determine positions, elevations, and land features Collect, validate, and analyze data using total station, GPS, and other instruments Maintain, calibrate, and safeguard surveying equipment Prepare survey plans, drawings, and technical reports Verify accuracy of survey calculations and ensure compliance with standards Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and progress monitoring Identify and resolve survey issues to prevent delays or errors Submit weekly progress reports and ensure timely output delivery Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site Perform other tasks essential to geodetic engineering
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Licensed Geodetic / Civil Engineer
- Fresh Graduates or with preferably 2 years of similar experience.
- Knows how to use and operate various surveying equipment (total station, GPS, level, etc.).
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of surveying aides.
- Ability to focus and deliver results under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions and on site depending on project location.
- Willing to travel frequently to different project sites as needed.
