As a General Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our operations, sales, and customer service teams. You’ll be responsible for a variety of administrative and client-facing tasks that help our client's business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars, and appointments for the team
- Assist in lead follow-ups, client communication, and appointment setting
- Maintain CRM records (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
- Conduct online research on solar policies, incentives, and competitors
- Prepare and organize documents, contracts, and reports
- Provide basic customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and clients for installations and site visits
- Perform data entry and assist with invoicing or payment tracking
- Support social media and marketing tasks, including post scheduling and basic content updates

Requirements
Qualifications
At least 1–2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative roleFamiliarity with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.) preferredExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesTech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and task management toolsKnowledge or background in the solar industry is a strong advantageAble to work in US time zones (EST or PST)Nice to have Skills
