Chat Support for Seasonal Account (Hybrid)

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to work from home for a seasonal account. This is a full-time position located in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Location : Within Cagayan de Oro City

HYBRID Set-up

Onsite Training for 3 weeks

Seasonal at most 3 months

Work from home equipment provided

Responsibilities :

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels

Provide accurate information and efficient resolutions to customer issues

Identify and escalate complex or sensitive customer cases as needed

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken

Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs

Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry

Proficiency in using various digital tools and technologies to support customer interactions

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and remain calm under pressure
