Qualifications and Requirements :
Education : At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate.
Experience :
Minimum of 6 months of BPO / Call Center experience (Voice or Blended).
Experience in a Financial, Banking, or Technical / Complex account is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills : Proficient in basic computer navigation and adept at multitasking between various applications / systems.
Communication : Excellent command of the English language—both verbal and written—with a clear, professional speaking voice.
Work Setup : Must be willing to work On-Site (Location to be specified upon application) and be amenable to a permanent employment contract.
Schedule : Flexible to work on shifting schedules (night shift / graveyard, weekends, and holidays) as the account operates 24 / 7.
