The Office Staff supports the administrative needs of the technology organization. The Admin Assistant uses his / her skills in office productivity systems to organize and schedule activities that achieve efficient company operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist and resolve customer concerns via phone, email, and other media regarding products and services
- Schedule and monitor work of field technicians
- Facilitate in-house repair of equipment when needed
- Ensure that clients' expectations regarding installation, repair and maintenance are met to their satisfaction
- Provide administrative support to customers in technical matters
- Troubleshoot and assist clients in resolving basic technical problems
- Perform proper documentation and reporting of work accomplishment
- Prepare and ensure details in billings and invoices are correct
- Ensure compliance with company standards, rules and regulations
