The Job

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Manage incoming phone calls.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

The Profile

  • SHS Graduate AY 2022-2023
  • College graduates with or without experience / fresh grads are welcome to apply!
  • High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, or College Undergrad with at least 6 months International Voice Account BPO Exp.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite.
  • Must be amenable to work on night shift.
