1. Sales and Client Engagement
Actively promote and sell the company’s products through fieldwork, showroom visits, and client meetings.
Conduct house-to-house or area roaming to discover potential customers.
Assist clients by explaining product features, specifications, benefits, and pricing.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
2. Product Knowledge and Presentation
Maintain deep knowledge of product lines (e.g., Makita and other implements).
Demonstrate product usage and provide technical information as needed.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
3. Customer Service
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Address client inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Sales Process Management
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts as needed.
Conduct follow-ups and negotiate with clients to secure sales.
5. Reporting and Coordination
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align promotions and campaigns with sales activities.
Provide market feedback and customer insights to improve sales strategies.
6. Other Duties
Participate in company training, sales meetings, and product orientations.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.
