Must have at least 5 years of Java development experience

Experience in leading a team in facilitating activities and organizing task assignment in a process oriented manner

Knowledge on DevOps is an advantage

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s) :

At least 4 years experience on Java SE /Java EE technologies

At least 4 years experience on Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security AOP)

At least 4 years experience on Hibernate ORM

At least 2 years experience on Javascript, CSS, HTML and other client side technologies

Advance knowledge on Web Services (SOAP / REST)

Strong understanding on Java Design Patterns

Strong understanding of object oriented programming

Good understanding of LINUX

Extensive experience with applications Servers (Jetty, JBOSS, Tomcat)

Extensive experience with databases (Oracle, MySQL)

Knowledge with source code repository (SVN, GIT, Mercurial)

Knowledge with IDE such as Eclipse / IntelliJ
