Work Setup : Hybrid

Requirements :

Experience in program / project management, continuous improvement, or service transformation
Experience using data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and / or service platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC)

Responsibilities :

1. Process Analysis and Improvement :

Analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions

Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting :

Collecting and analyzing data to track progress and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.

Reporting findings to stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations.

3. Project Management :

Managing continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion.

Ensuring projects align with organizational goals and objectives.

4. Collaboration and Communication :

Working with various teams and departments to implement changes.

Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

5. Training and Support :

Providing training and support to employees on new processes and systems.

Ensuring the successful adoption of new practices.
