Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, DOLE compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience managing HR functions for multiple store locations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple HR tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel to different store locations as needed.
