The Head of HR is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions in Luzon. This includes recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes.
- Manage employee relations and labor compliance.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and training programs.
- Maintain HR records, payroll, and HRIS.
- Support leadership on workforce planning and policy implementation.
Qualifications
