The Role

As a Channel Engagement Officer , you will be responsible for supporting the Channel Engagement Head in translating and implementing initiatives. The Channel Engagement Officer is primarily in-charge of the end-to-end implementation of migration campaigns and programs from ideation to execution, documentation, coordination with involved stakeholders and timely communication. This role will be assigned to closely monitor the progress of all in-flight campaigns and assist the Channel Engagement Officer in conducting assessment of project effectiveness.

How you'll contribute

  • Prepare the integrated migration campaigns and programs for retail and corporate clients and ultimately drive customers to cheaper channel.
  • Prepare the migration communication plans for branch and stakeholders’ alignment
  • Organize promotional events, roadshows to promote specific channel where transactions will be migrated.
  • Monitor the execution, monitoring and measuring of migration campaigns and their success
  • Ensure campaigns and program implementation aligns with branch policies and guidelines.
  • Compiles and prepares regular performance reports and results to Business Transformation Leaders
  • Work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders and external vendors to utilize or maximize existing or new channels to perform migration campaigns.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or any related field
  • Preferably with 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent project management skills, data analytics, and marketing strategy
  • Strong analytical skills to track and report campaign performance
  • Certification and/or training in digital marketing would be an advantage
