Job descriptionSource and qualify ingredients, packaging vendors, and partners (GMP-certified and third-party tested). Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, co-packers, flavor houses, and testing labs (e.g., for PFAS, microplastics, heavy metals). Oversee production runs, packaging specifications (stick packs, bottles, cartons), and MOQs. Partner with marketing, design, and operations teams to align product development with business goals. Provide scientific insights and technical support across internal and external stakeholders. Leverage consumer insights, market data, and UX research to shape product roadmaps. Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and enhance product efficacy and retention. Contribute to long-term innovation and brand growth strategies. 4+ years of experience in product management, R&D, or innovation within wellness, nutrition, or consumer health. Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred) in Nutrition Science, Food Science, or related field . Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing supplements and health products. Proven ability to integrate scientific rigor with commercial strategy . Strong organizational and project management skills; thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Entrepreneurial mindset — innovative, evidence-driven, and grounded in what truly improves human health.
