Responsibilities
System Development & Implementation :
Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive QMS that aligns with the company's goals and applicable standards, such as ISO 9001.
Compliance & Audits :
Ensure the organization adheres to relevant national, international, and internal standards and regulations, leading both internal audits and coordinating external audits.
Process Improvement :
Identify areas for improvement within quality processes and drive the implementation of corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs).
Data Analysis & Reporting :
Collect, analyze, and report on key quality performance metrics, quality trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
Documentation Management :
Oversee the creation and maintenance of all QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, and quality records.
Training & Culture :
Develop and deliver training programs to employees to promote a quality-focused culture and ensure understanding of quality standards and procedures.
Leadership :
Manage and mentor the quality team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and a collaborative environment.
Customer Focus :
Manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Leadership and Management :
Strong ability to lead and manage a department and motivate teams.
Quality Expertise :
Deep knowledge of quality management principles, techniques, and frameworks like ISO 9001 or GMP.
Analytical Skills :
Proficiency in data analysis, trend identification, and performance monitoring.
Communication :
Excellent communication, both written and verbal, to effectively report to management and train staff.
Problem-Solving :
Strong ability to identify problems and develop effective strategies to achieve quality targets.
Preferred : Industrial Engineering graduate with related work experience.
