Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for data analysis and a passion for helping organizations succeed? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are a leading light industrial staffing firm with a national presence, and we're looking for a Recruitment Analyst (Operations Support Specialist) to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while supporting our operations team in their critical functions.

What you’ll do :

As our Recruitment Analyst (Operations Support Specialist), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by performing the following tasks :

• Data Entry : Accurate and timely data entry to support various operational functions.
• Metric and KPI Reporting : Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) including active headcount, open orders, time to fill, and sub to fill ratio.
• Referral Reporting and Gift Card Issuance : Manage referral programs and ensure timely issuance of gift cards to referrers.
• Social Media Recruitment Marketing : Contribute to our social media recruitment efforts to attract top applicants.
• Indeed Ads and Management : Post job listings on Indeed and monitor performance and spend.
• Candidate Reengagement : Reengage with potential candidates in our database.
• Employee Engagement : Support initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Analytics and Reporting : Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to the VP of Operations.
