So just what would you be doing as a ClearSource CSR?

You'll need to connect with the caller, show empathy, then help them by making things as easy as possible.

You will also be handling a bunch of other things :

• Verifying coverage
• Verifying a repair is necessary
• Managing your own KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for growth
• Offering insights on how operations could improve
• Acting as the liaison between management and your customers
• Requirements
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with how warranty programs work
• Previous CSR or Customer Service Experience
• Willingness to work different shifts
• Hunger to grow and do great things every day!
