Job Description :

We are looking for Customer Service Agents to join our growing Car Sharing Support team! You will handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and tickets to assist customers with reservations, inquiries, technical issues, and account concerns.

Your responsibilities include :

Providing excellent customer support via phone, chat, and email.

Handling inquiries related to car rentals, payments, or app usage.

Managing tickets and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

Documenting interactions accurately and professionally.

Delivering a positive customer experience in every interaction.
