Job Requirements :

✨Open for High School graduate and College Undergraduate

✨With at least 6 months experience in customer service

✨Willing to work onsite in Taguig

✨Amenable to attend face to face interview

Job Responsibilities :

✨Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services

✨ Manage and resolve customer complaints by providing timely and effective solutions, ensuring follow-up for complete resolution

✨ Identify and understand customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction

✨ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize relevant documentation
