Accounting Payroll- 2 years Experience- Mid Shift

TL AISA : Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

At least 2 years experience in payroll processing and accounting.

Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.

Familiarity with tax laws and labor regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities :

Process payroll accurately and on schedule.

Maintain and update employee payroll records.

Calculate wages, bonuses, and deductions.

Ensure compliance with tax laws and labor regulations.

Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.

Reconcile payroll data with accounting records.

Coordinate with HR for employee data updates.

Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

Support internal and external audits related to payroll.

Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
