5. Coordinate with banks and partner institutions for insurance and repair approvals related to the financed vehicle.
6. Ensure accurate cost estimates, repair timelines, and customer communication.
7. Monitor inventory of BRP supplies and ensure proper usage and ordering.
8. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service quality and timely updates.
9. Implement safety and quality control procedures in the workshop.
10. Prepare regular performance and financial reports for management.
11. Handle customer concerns and complaints related to BRP services, offering timely and professional resolution.
